Start with Swank ICE. There are 26 ICE movements provided in the DVD SET, Step 1. Very simply stand in front of a mirror and follow the ICE pieces provided, one at a time. Get comfortable moving each piece of your body, building a library of different movements and isolations that you can then “plug in” to your dance! (mirror suggested for personal critique)
